Delete in the app
On Android or iOS, open Sharp Eye, tap the account icon on the home screen, sign in to the account you want to delete, choose DELETE ACCOUNT, and confirm. An internet connection is required. Deletion is permanent.
Request deletion without the app
You do not need to reinstall Sharp Eye. Open the account deletion request form or email hello@binarywd.com with the subject “Sharp Eye account deletion”.
Include your Sharp Eye player ID if available, the display name you used, and whether you signed in through Google Play Games or Game Center. If you do not know your player ID, explain this in the request. We will contact you to verify ownership before deleting the account. Never send your password, sign-in code, or Google/Apple credentials.
What is deleted
Deletion removes your Sharp Eye account profile, any email credentials stored for that account, linked Google Play Games or Game Center identifiers, all Sharp Eye account sessions, and account coin-grant records from the active account database. In-app deletion also resets game progress, coins, hints and daily rewards on the device where you delete the account.
Other devices and services
Local game progress on other devices is stored separately; clear the app data on those devices to remove it. A website request cannot erase files on your device. Your Google or Apple account is not deleted. Signing in to Sharp Eye again after deletion creates a new Sharp Eye account.
Support correspondence and security logs may be retained where needed to process your request or meet legal obligations. Ask us about other information, including notification registrations, in the same request. See our Privacy Policy for details about advertising and other service providers.
